¿Tiene belleza una forma?
“Sin duda las formas de cualquier animal o planta
tienen una determinada belleza que a veces nos atrae
instantáneamente y otras,en principio,rechazamos
porque requiere una asimilación previa de la
misma;como la belleza de lo “feo”.”
¿Es la belleza una cualidad concreta de una cosa, de un
objeto, algo que puede describirse y nombrarse o no será
más bien un estado del espíritu, no tendrá que ver con el
sentir del hombre?
Sí, la belleza es esa cualidad concreta de una cosa,
objeto o persona que se puede describir por sus
proporciones y su armonía. Aunque también depende
del estado de ánimo del espíritu que le permite percibirla
de una manera u otra distinta.

Are shapes beautiful?
“The shapes of all animals and plants surely have
a certain kind of beauty which we sometimes feel
instantaneously attracted to, whilst at other times,
we initially reject it because a prior understanding is
required. Just as with the beauty in what is “ugly”.”
Is beauty a quality that is specific to a thing or an
object, something that can be described and named?
Or rather, is it a state of mind? Is it maybe related to a
man’s feelings?
Yes, beauty is that specific quality of a thing, object or
person that can be described by its proportions and
harmony. However, it also depends on the state of mind
of the spirit that enables it to be perceived in one way or
another.
